We have an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced person to join The Family Centre in the position of Manager Youth and Family Services.
About the Role
The Manager Youth and Family Services is responsible for the operational and strategic leadership, management and development of the Youth and Family team and programs at The Family Centre.

About You
To be successful in this position you will require:
- Tertiary qualifications in Social Work or a related field
- Strong leadership and management skills and knowledge within a complex service delivery environment; and the ability to build a strong, high functioning team, in alignment with organisational values and goals
- Significant experience in the leadership and development of programs and services in a complex environment
- Proven experience using a case management and co-ordination approach when working with young people and their families
- Experience co-designing, developing and evaluating programs and services with participants and communities
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- The ability to engage, collaborate and build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with a range stakeholders
- Proven ability to take a solution-focused and strengths-based approach within a complex, ambiguous and evolving community services environment
- Current driver’s license
- A current (less than 12 months old) criminal record check and a working with children check
Desirable:
- Tertiary qualifications in Management & Leadership would be highly regarded
