Understanding our participants’ experience of our playgroup is important to us.  

By filling in the survey forms when you first come to playgroup and from time to time you help us to find out if our participants are better off as a result of being involved.  It gives us valuable information to help us make improvements. The results are gathered across all participants as a group, we don’t use it as an individual assessment.
