Room Hire Booking Form


The Family Centre offers flexible spaces at our Tweed Heads. We have a variety of rooms available that are suitable for interviews, meetings and training sessions.  Audio-visual and WiFi facilities are available for use with laptops or other devices. All venues include a full kitchen with tea and coffee facilities.

Bookings can be made for times between the hours of 9am and 4.30pm Mondays to Thursdays, and 9am and 4pm on Fridays. 

Room costs vary and are priced to provide support to not-for-profits and other suitable and community groups/members.

The costs range from $10 to $25 per hour, with a 2 hour minimum, and  discounted daily rates apply. The Family Centre can work with your caterers or make recommendations if required. 

To request a booking of a meeting or interview room at The Family Centre complete the form below. After submitting this form, a member of staff will contact you to confirm your booking. 

While every effort will be made to accommodate your booking, unfortunately at times our rooms may not be available on the date/time you request.


1. TFC collaborates with a wide variety of organisations which align with our values and practice principles. The wellbeing and safety of children are our primary focus. 2. Organisations, groups or individuals hiring rooms managed by TFC do so only for the stated purpose of hire. The purpose of hire must be lawful and conducted in a manner that does not disrupt users of other rooms. 3. Once a ‘Room Hire Booking Form’ is received by TFC, we will be in contact to confirm dates, times, requirements and costs. 4. Upon confirmation of requirements, we will email an invoice to the hirer. Full payment must be received with 30 days of invoice date. 5. Hirers are responsible for the safety and conduct of each and every person attending TFC locations on their behalf. 6. A Fire Evacuation Plan is displayed by the front door of all the premises and fire doors must be kept clear at all times. 7. The period of hire shall commence and conclude at the agreed times nominated on the ‘Room Hire Booking Form’ and the room must be vacated at the conclusion of the hiring period. An extra charge will be imposed for any additional time used which is not booked in advance. 8. Rooms should be left tidy after use and all rubbish removed. 9. Cancellations should be advised no later than 48 hours prior to the booking date, otherwise the full rate will apply.
