Aboriginal Cultural Training Day
The day will consist of the morning "Cultural Intelligence Workshop" to be held in a training room setting. We will then travel to Fingal Head for lunch and an afternoon "On Country Cultural Experience". You will need to provide your own transport between the two venues.
Cultural Intelligence Workshop
The Banaam Team will deliver unique and immersive training that carefully unpacks the major components of the framework underpinning traditional Indigenous culture. This dynamically presented, highly practical information builds the foundations for the knowledge and skills essential to advanced cultural intelligence, cross cultural competence, and team building.
Banaam On Country Cultural Experience
(Light Lunch included)
Following on from the Indigenous Cultural Education Workshop, be guided and practice for yourself how Aboriginal cultural traditions and knowledge are used, and experience how language, story and song lines are embedded into a dynamic and multi layered relationship to country.
Please wear comfortable clothing for walking and sun and/or rain protection, and bring a water bottle.
