Being a Better Man – TFC Amber Rd

Being a Better Man is designed to assist men to develop self-awareness and maintain healthy and positive relationships with their partners, children and others. 

Through information sessions, practical exercises, group discussions and brainstorming we will explore: gender stereotypes and what it means to be a ‘man’, the influences of family and life events, your health, wellbeing and self-awareness and connecting with your feelings to better understand emotions.
