In order to participate in playgroups, parents/carers must agree to the following Playgroup terms:
• The Family Centre is committed to upholding the right to privacy of services users. No photos of children are to be taken during playgroup.
• Each parent/carer is responsible for their own child’s behaviour and safety, and must supervise their child at all times.
• Parents/carers are responsible for all health and medication management for their own children and to bring relevant medication to playgroup as required.
• The Family Centre is a mandatory reporter and will report matters relating to risk of significant harm in accordance with our Child Protection Policy.
• If you or your child is unwell, please do not attend playgroup. Please refer to our Playgroup Illness Policy for further clarification.
• Due to the nature of food allergies, parents/carers must not share food with other families.
