About the Position
The Administration Worker – Disability Services plays a crucial role in our organisation. Based at our Tweed Heads office, this full-time permanent position involves answering calls, following up on enquiries, and providing essential administrative support to our disability services team. Your contribution will ensure the smooth operation of our services, directly impacting the lives of those we support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Efficiently handle incoming calls and enquiries
- Provide vital administrative assistance to support our disability services team
- Contribute to maintaining the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations

To be successful in this position you will require:
SELECTION CRITERIA
- Tertiary qualifications in Administration or Business are an advantage
- Experience working in a fast-paced office or reception role
- Advanced IT skills & proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
- Sound organisation skills
- Highly developed interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Current driver’s license and comprehensively insured vehicle
- A current (less than 12 months old) criminal record check, a working with children check & NDIS screening check (or willing to obtain)
