Our service delivery arrangements during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic

We're here for you

The Family Centre will continue to provide the best possible services to our community during this difficult period in safe, practical and innovative ways. Our offices are open and you can also call The Family Centre on our usual numbers or use the enquiry form to contact us.

We’ll be operating a little differently while COVID-19 restrictions are in place. Our teams are providing services by phone, online and in person. You can talk to us anytime about the best way we can support you and your family.

Our course program for term 4  was published last week, with some courses being offered online and the remainder being delivered in our offices and local community centres practicing COVID-19 safety guidelines.

How our online courses work:

  • we will be using Zoom to deliver courses in an interactive way, so you will need access to a computer or other device

  • if you don’t have access to a device we can discuss ways that we can support you

  • once your registration has been confirmed for a course you will be sent instructions on downloading Zoom and guidelines for participation

  • course facilitators will be available to assist you to get online prior to each session

We’d love to hear from you! Let us know how this situation is affecting you, any suggestions about services we could provide, and of course, any feedback you have about our services during this time. Please use the feedback button at the bottom of the page to send us a message.

Stay safe!
