Our service delivery arrangements during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic
We're still here for you...

The Family Centre will continue to provide the best possible services to our community during this lockdown period in safe, practical, and innovative ways.

Due to current NSW Health Orders, our Murwillumbah and Ballina offices will be temporarily closed (due to Tweed and Ballina Council restrictions). Most of our services will continue to operate during this period. However, there will be some changes to the way we deliver our services too safely to meet the needs of our community. Our Tweed Heads South, Tweed Heads and Ocean Shores offices remain open as usual.

We’ll be operating a little differently while COVID-19 restrictions are in place. Our teams are providing services by phone, online and in person. You can talk to us anytime about the best way we can support you and your family.

Whilst COVID-19 restrictions are in place our playgroups will work online to provide engaging content and support for playgroup families. Contact our Playgroup workers on (07) 5524 8711 if you require assistance accessing Playgroup online.

If you require any of our support services across Tweed, Byron and Ballina shires, please contact (07) 5524 8711 or email [email protected]

We’d love to hear from you! Let us know how this situation is affecting you, any suggestions about services we could provide, and of course, any feedback you have about our services during this time.

Please use the feedback button at the bottom of the page to send us a message.

Stay safe!
